Afterward, you’ll receive a clear, photo-supported report with prioritized recommendations, giving you an easy roadmap to get your home listing-ready with confidence.

Airbnb / Vacation Rental

Our Airbnb and vacation rental consultation focuses on creating a welcoming, guest-ready space using your existing furnishings. We evaluate layout, comfort, flow, and photo appeal, with guidance on furniture placement, styling, durability, and small visual upgrades that elevate the guest experience. When helpful, we’ll suggest a few optional items to complete the look. You’ll receive a detailed, photo-supported report with clear recommendations to help your rental stand out, book well, and earn great reviews.
